An individual Promissory Notes are been issued by Proprietor TUSHAR PRABHAKAR SHINDE (Individual Debtor) of Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, of Principle amount of INR 5,000 for Short-Term aggregating up to INR 0.5 million (total amount of consolidated unsecured debt from others). An investment is to increase operating liquidity, for working capital a part of operating capital.
